Patrick Powers

Principal

Patrick Powers is the Principal of Gray Winston PLLC, a property tax law firm focused on helping clients navigate complex valuation and appeal matters. He earned his degree in Chinese Language & Literature from the University of California, Riverside, where he distinguished himself academically and developed a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication. As a recipient of the U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, he completed an academic program at Peking University, further expanding his global perspective.

Patrick began his career in international business, working in overseas business development for a global fintech company, where he gained experience supporting cross-border growth initiatives and navigating international markets.

He remains deeply engaged in community and business leadership. Patrick currently serves as Club President of the Brazos River Rotary Club and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Asian Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the City Council for the City of Fulshear, demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and economic development.

Above all, Patrick values his role as a husband to his wife, Victoria, and a father to their daughter, Evelyn. Their support is central to his life and continues to shape both his personal and professional pursuits.
